RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for wrong or defective items.

Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original packaging/tags.

 

SHIPPING AND LIABILITY

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, we are no longer liable for delays, damages, or loss during transit.

Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.


REFUNDS

Refunds are not generally offered, except if a return is approved and no replacement is available.
