When are you open and where are you based?
We are an online-only store based in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. We also have a small display inside our church building, but we are not accepting walk-ins at this time. Business hours: 10am-5pm, Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sundays.
What payment methods do you accept?
We strictly follow a payment-first policy. We accept payments through Gcash and BPI. No Cash on Delivery.
How much is the shipping and when will I receive my order?
We ship nationwide within the Philippines via Direct J&T. For Metro Manila, we accept same-day delivery through Lalamove (cut-off 4PM). We do a weekly batch shipping schedule. Rates vary depending on your area and the volume of your order. Full details are in our Shipping Guidelines.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
